Goods will usually be dispatched within 3 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) of receiving the cleared payment.  Orders received after 4:30 pm will be processed the next business day. Please note we post out 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Shipping Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’. You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email or telephone, for example.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

Returns Policy

All orders will be kept for 28 days from the date of purchase. All orders must be collected within regular business hours (Monday - Saturday 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM). Click and Collect is not available on Sundays or during bank holidays. Please wait for an order and collection confirmation before travelling to collect your order. This will often be the next working day. (Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)

Please ensure that you bring your order confirmation and photographic identification i.e. passport or driving licence. Failure to supply identification when prompted means we cannot hand over any purchased goods/items.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment).  You should receive your full refund including the postage cost within 14 calendar days of the date that we receive your returned item. 

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You must return the item within 14 days after you have cancelled your order.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
